Brassica is run by three vegan chefs who've been to culinary school and trained at some awesome restaurants. I'm torn between wanting them to be able to get their own restaurant and wanting them to run Brassica forever because it's such a fun dining experience. The food is awesome and speaks for itself. But you have to admire the heart that goes into this - they serve you out of the apartment where two of the chefs live on home made tables and linens. Be forewarned that you're seated barefoot on the floor so it's not ideal for anyone who can't sit cross-legged for what usually ends up being a 3 hour meal. If you can make it though, it's always worth it.
