Eclipse di Luna in Miami Circle is a great tapas restaurant with a fun vibe. It's off the beaten path, back in a section of town dominated by antique shops. There is fantastic live Latin music most nights and the staff is friendly and helpful. The food is always fresh, but the mojitos are the real reason I keep going back! Menu does change occasionally and there are daily specials. The front page of the tapas menu is totally devoted to vegetarian items.
